My background includes working as a Business and Health and Safety Consultant within the construction industry.  Working with Numerous companies, I have a clear understanding of the demands of the modern workplace.

Furthermore, I have extensive experience within social housing environment, improving homes and environments within communities.

Over the last few years I have undertaken extensive self-development training, developing my understanding of Stress and Mental Health and the impact this can have on an individual and the company they work for.

The Training helped me to listen, reassure and respond, even in a crisis – and even potentially stop a crisis from happening.

Also learn how to empower someone to access the support they might need for recovery or successful management of symptoms.

This training taught me how to: manage, handle, and reduce stress within the workplace, within others and myself. The training covered all work-related stress issues. This course helped me to recognise stress symptoms, identify its cause and provide helpful stress management tips and techniques to overcome it.
